The idea for Rotten Tomatoes came thanks to Jackie Chan’s “Rush Hour.” Cofounder Senh Duong was so frustrated because he couldn’t find any reviews of Chan’s other movies before going to see the 1998 hit.

Adam Sandler’s production company Happy Madison, has never had a film rate higher than 68% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Christopher Nolan’s lowest rated movie is “The Prestige” at 75%. The director has never had a movie rated ‘Rotten.’
